A3: The mold fee is a one-time charge for creating the custom metal die for your unique design. The good news is we store your mold-free for 2-3 years. During this period, if you reorder with the exact same design, no mold fee is required – you only pay for the unit price of the coins.
Q4: I don't have professional artwork, just a logo and ideas. Can you help with design? Is there a charge?
A4: Absolutely! We provide 100% FREE design service for this. Simply provide your logo (vector files like .AI, .EPS preferred, but high-res JPG/PNG works too), text, and creative ideas. Our professional design team will create a professional digital proof for your review
