Custom Detective Bureau Challenge Coins depends on keeping detective shield, city building and justice symbols recognizable at the finished size, so we adjust only the details that genuinely affect production. The artwork team balances raised metal, recessed areas and color so the design keeps its hierarchy after production. This gives procurement teams a clearer approval process and a result that can be reordered with confidence.

More Than a Police Challenge Coin. It's a Keepsake.

Custom Soft Enamel Pin

·The colored filling for soft enamel pins sits high at the edges where it meets the metal frame, then dips inward. Soft enamel pins feel textured because of these recessed color areas.

·Soft enamel is a good choice for simple designs, affordable production and clear detail in the finished artwork.

·Less expensive since the creating process is faster. It can show clear detail in colorful designs.

Custom Hard Enamel Pin

·Hard enamel pins are smooth across the surface. Hard enamel is created using the same process as soft enamel, then finished with a buffed sheen that evens out paint and metal into a flat surface.

·Enamel is added and polished flat, flush against the outline of the metal frame. Each color in the design is baked at high temperature individually, which adds time and cost to this option.

The value of a custom detective bureau challenge coin comes from the connection between the artwork and the project behind it. Using a detective shield, city building and justice symbols, bureau leaders can create a coin that feels distinct from a patrol badge while still fitting the wider department identity. We can refine the detective shield, bureau name, city building, justice icon and title text around your submitted artwork and confirm the final arrangement in a production proof before manufacturing.
