Custom Soft Enamel Pin

·The colored filling for soft enamel pins sits high at the edges where it meets the metal frame, then dips inward. Soft enamel pins feel textured because of these recessed color areas.

·Soft enamel is a good choice for simple designs, affordable production and clear detail in the finished artwork.

·Less expensive since the creating process is faster. It can show clear detail in colorful designs.

Custom Hard Enamel Pin

·Hard enamel pins are smooth across the surface. Hard enamel is created using the same process as soft enamel, then finished with a buffed sheen that evens out paint and metal into a flat surface.

·Enamel is added and polished flat, flush against the outline of the metal frame. Each color in the design is baked at high temperature individually, which adds time and cost to this option.

This tie clip places a shield emblem at one end of a clean bar, keeping the crest visible without covering the full clip. The sample colors and wording can be replaced by an association mark, unit crest or company symbol. We check the shield proportions, fine metal lines and enamel separation on the proof before confirming plating and starting the 100-piece production run.
